Bees... Can't Live With Them, Can't Live Without Em'!

In just one year, beekeepers in the United States lost 44 percent of their colonies. When we lose bees, we lose the plants they pollinate which are responsible for $30 billion a year in crops. Don't forget the bees!

For my latest project, I wanted to create a character that embodied an issue that I think needs more public awareness. I chose bees and colony collapse disorder because they are extremely important to our lives, but often overlooked. I referenced Overwatch a lot while designing the character, specifically Pharah.
